We do not collect banking details or payment information on this site: services are offered on quote and are governed by a separate agreement.

• Respond to your contact, quotation, or CSIRT assistance inquiries.
• Create and administer your user account on the platform.
• Manage registrations for trainings, events, and services.
• Process security incident reports, acknowledge receipt, and ensure CSIRT follow-up.
• Publish and moderate customer service reviews.
• Maintain the security, availability, and proper operation of the site.

This site does not use advertising tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools. User sessions are managed locally in your browser (local storage) without third-party tracking cookies.
