These General Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the iservices.africa website, published by Iservices Africa, a consulting and services company in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and digital transformation, headquartered on Boulevard de la Victoire, Lomé, Togo. By browsing this site, you accept these Terms without reservation.

The site presents the service catalog of Iservices Africa (cybersecurity, audit, CSIRT incident response, managed services, consulting), as well as its training courses, events, and news. Services displayed are offered "on quote": their description on the site is indicative and does not constitute a contractual offer. Any service is subject to an estimate and, where applicable, a separate contract between Iservices Africa and the client.

Account creation requires accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activity carried out from your account. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

The incident reporting service (accessible from the CSIRT page) allows anyone to report an information security incident. By submitting a report, you undertake to provide accurate and good-faith information. Any false, abusive, or malicious reporting may be disregarded and, where applicable, reported to the competent authorities. Iservices CSIRT strives to process each report as quickly as possible without guaranteeing a fixed resolution time, as incident severity and complexity vary. A confirmation email with a unique reference number is sent upon receipt.

By using this site, you agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data that do not belong to you.
• Disrupt the operation of the site or its infrastructure (attacks, flooding, code injection).
• Publish misleading, defamatory reviews or content that infringes third-party rights.
